Description

Redom Red Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Petit Alsace Winery using 100% Korean-grown grapes with only a trace of sulfite (0.004% anhydrous sulfurous acid) for preservation. The minimal intervention approach allows the grape character to come through clearly — ripe, sweet-leaning fruit with a soft tannic backdrop rather than heavy oak or aggressive structure. The 750ml format at a moderate 12% makes it an approachable table wine that pairs comfortably with both Western and Korean food styles. Petit Alsace Winery is one of Chungbuk's small-batch producers focused on expressing Korean terroir through European grape varieties.
