Neukkim 30 is a 30% ABV distilled spirit from Gyeongsangbuk-do, made from domestic white rice, nuruk, yeast, and purified water. The name means feeling or impression in Korean, and at 30% the spirit positions itself in a sweet spot between session-friendly soju and full-proof traditional spirits. The inclusion of both nuruk and yeast in the fermentation suggests a deliberate dual approach — nuruk for depth and complexity, yeast for cleanliness and consistency.
