Crafted under Korean Food Master No. 6, Park Jae-seo, with the brewery's 2015 Find-a-Brewery pedigree, this bottle carries cultural weight. The nose is assertive yet composed — pure grain clarity, a firm rice-starch aroma, and a disciplined alcohol warmth that stays integrated despite the high proof. A faint nuruk complexity adds a savory undertone. On the palate, the body is medium-full with a clean, firm texture that reflects the rice purity. The grain character is austere and focused: dry, almost mineral rice notes with none of the sweetness that lower-proof expressions allow.
