Juhongchun

Description

Juhongchun is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Chungcheongnam-do that draws character from Pocheon rice, black glutinous rice, traditional ihwagok starter (전가네이화곡), and lotus leaf. At 10%, it carries a richer body and deeper sweetness than lighter makgeolli styles, while still pouring with a soft, creamy texture. The lotus leaf adds an elegant botanical nuance uncommon in the category. The 350ml bottle suits focused tasting sessions alongside savory pancakes and spicy side dishes.
