Description
Jootak 8 is an 8% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do by Dadam Doga, brewed with glutinous rice (29.86%), domestic non-glutinous rice, improved nuruk, traditional gokja, and yeast. The dual-fermentation starter approach - improved nuruk for consistency and gokja for complexity - produces a layered grain profile at an accessible proof. The substantial chapssal ratio ensures a creamy, satisfying mouthfeel, while 750ml provides generous table presence alongside jeon, fried chicken, and everyday banchan.
