Description

Jootak 10 is a 10% ABV makgeolli from Gyeongsangbuk-do by Dadam Doga, sharing the same dual-starter fermentation formula as its 8% sibling but with more fermentation time yielding a higher proof and deeper grain character. The extra two degrees bring noticeably more body and warmth, concentrating the chapssal creaminess into a richer, more contemplative version. At 750ml, it rewards pairing with bolder foods - grilled meats, spicy stews, and rich banchan where the added weight can hold its own.
