Grape Makgeolli is a 12% ABV fruit-infused makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do, produced by Minjusul Doga using premium Pocheon rice (euddeum ssal), domestic Pocheon grapes, domestic nuruk, and purified water. Every key ingredient is sourced locally from Pocheon, giving this bottle a strong sense of place that most flavored makgeolli lack. The grape addition sits naturally over the creamy rice base, contributing juicy fruit aromatics without masking the underlying grain character.
