Description

Concerto No. 1 is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do, brewed with glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, rice nuruk, yeast, and purified water at Minjusul Doga. The dual-rice blend produces a creamy mouthfeel where chapssal's sweetness and mepssal's clean backbone work in concert, much like the musical name implies. At 500ml and gentle proof, every element stays in balance - soft grain aroma, rounded texture, quiet finish - making it a natural companion for jeon, fried chicken, and everyday banchan where easygoing refreshment matters most.
