Description
Goundal 43 Oak 500 is a 43% ABV omija brandy from Ominara in Mungyeong, Gyeongsangbuk-do. Environmentally grown Mungyeong omija is fermented and matured as wine for three years before distillation, followed by another three years of maturation. That long schedule concentrates the berry's tart, herbal character and gives the spirit a rounded texture beneath its firm proof. The 500ml format is a separate expression from Ominara's 52% Goundal bottlings and suits measured pours with cheese or a Korean full-course meal.
