Goheung Yuzu Cheongju 12 is a 12% ABV cheongju from Eotteonharu Brewery in Jeollanam-do, built on locally grown Goheung rice and infused with Goheung-sourced yuzu citrus. The combination of ipguk (cultured rice koji) and traditional nuruk manages fermentation, while refined enzymes and yeast fine-tune the profile. Sugar provides structural sweetness, but the dominant sensory impression comes from the yuzu — a bright, aromatic citrus perfume that lifts the clean rice base into something more vivid and complex. The 500ml bottle carries a refined elegance that suits composed Korean dining, from hanjeongsik to grilled fish and delicate steamed courses where a floral-citrus accent enhances rather than competes.
