Description

Eotteon Yuzu 06 is a 6% ABV rice-and-yuzu brew from Eotteonharu Brewery in Jeollanam-do, combining domestic rice fermentation with Gohung-grown yuzu and a touch of stevia. The yuzu delivers a vivid citrus nose that opens the drink with immediate freshness, while the rice base provides body and a gentle grain sweetness underneath. Despite its light proof, the palate has substance and a well-calibrated sweet-acid balance. It excels alongside banchan-heavy Korean tables and smoky grilled meats.
