Nakaneupseong is a 12% ABV traditional brew from Jeollanam-do where natural bedrock water (cheonnyeon ambansu) constitutes over 55% of the total composition, giving the finished product a distinctly clean, mineral-influenced character. The base of domestic glutinous rice (36%) and non-glutinous rice (7%) fermented with nuruk (2%) produces a smooth, medium-bodied brew with quiet grain depth that never pushes too hard. Named after the historic Nagan Fortress village, one of Korea's best-preserved folk villages, the bottle carries a sense of regional pride and terroir-driven brewing. At 750ml, it is sized for a full meal pairing, complementing everything from elaborate banchan spreads to simple charcoal-grilled meats.
