Description

Naju Pear Yakju is a 15% ABV pear-infused refined rice wine from Jeollanam-do, produced by Jeonggojip Brewery using rice, rice flour, pressed Naju pear juice, nuruk, refined enzymes, cultured starter, lactic acid, and yeast. Naju, in southern Jeollanam-do, is one of Korea's most celebrated pear-growing regions, and the use of pressed local pear juice gives this yakju a lifted, orchard-fresh aroma that standard grain-only yakju cannot achieve. The rice and nuruk foundation keeps the body clear and smooth, while the pear provides a subtle sweetness that reads as elegant rather than sugary.
