Dongbaek Brewery in Busan's Gijang district blends rice with wheat flour, malt syrup, and modern grain starters to produce this 6% fresh makgeolli designed for easy appeal. The aroma leans toward sweetened condensed milk with a hint of toasted wheat. On the palate, the body is rounded and smooth, with a pronounced candy-like sweetness softened by subtle carbonation. The finish is short and clean with a mild grain aftertaste. Serve well chilled at 4-6°C.
