Maeryo Makgeolli Ver.1 is a 6% ABV makgeolli from Daegu, produced by JK Craft Gidarim Brewery using domestic rice, nuruk, yeast, and lactic acid for acidity adjustment. The low proof and carefully calibrated acidity create an exceptionally easy-drinking profile with a bright, refreshing finish. The rice and nuruk base delivers expected creaminess and soft sweetness, while the added lactic acid lifts the tail end and prevents any dull heaviness. It is a casual, crowd-pleasing pour alongside jeon, fried chicken, or spicy kimchi plates.
