Angel's Gift is a 17% ABV fruit wine from Jeollabuk-do, built around ripe Korean pear with a small addition of cultured wild ginseng root (0.119%). The pear delivers a honeyed, softly juicy character, while the ginseng root introduces an earthy, slightly medicinal undertone that prevents the sweetness from feeling one-dimensional. Malic acid and citric acid maintain structural freshness at this relatively high proof for a fruit wine, creating a plush yet articulate bottle suited to mild cheese, fruit tarts, or lightly creamy desserts.
