Description

Black Raspberryju 360 is a 16% ABV bokbunja wine from Naejangsan Black Raspberry Yeongnongjohap Brewery in Jeollabuk-do, presented in a 360ml bottle that pours a striking deep ruby color. The Jeollabuk-do provenance places it in Korea's bokbunja heartland, and the 16% ABV gives the wine noticeable presence on the palate. The nose opens with ripe black raspberry preserve and a warm, jammy sweetness, with a faint spirit note underneath. On the palate, the body is medium-full with a smooth, rounded texture. The bokbunja character is pure and concentrated: dark berry, a subtle earthiness, and a lingering sweetness that fills the midpalate generously. The spirit and sugar additions create a balanced structure where the sweetness never feels unsupported. The finish is moderate and warm, with a berry afterglow. Serve at 10-13°C with soft cheeses where the dense fruit complements creamy textures, alongside light appetizers where the ruby color and berry aroma set a mood, or with fruit-forward desserts where the concentrated bokbunja resonates with berry tarts.
