Baengkkore Deo Persimmon is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Gyeongsangbuk-do, made with just two ingredients: ripe persimmon and yeast. The simplicity of the recipe lets the persimmon's natural character take center stage — fragrant, honeyed sweetness with a mellow orchard warmth that unfolds without heaviness. The wine carries a soft amber-golden tone that reflects the fruit's ripeness. At 750ml, it works from aperitif through dessert, adapting to both casual and slightly more formal settings. The producing winery earned 2017 'Chajaganeun Yangjojang' (Visiting Brewery) designation, reinforcing its commitment to regional fruit and traditional craft.
