Baengkkore Deo Persimmon is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Gyeongsangbuk-do, made with just two ingredients: ripe persimmon and yeast. The simplicity of the recipe lets the persimmon's natural character take center stage - fragrant, honeyed sweetness with a mellow orchard warmth that unfolds without heaviness.
