Baekun Black Raspberry Wine is an 11% ABV fruit wine from Jeollanam-do that layers native bokbunja (black raspberry) juice over a rice-fermented core, yielding a softer and more structurally complex sweetness than bokbunja wines made solely from fruit and sugar. The rice fermentation base adds a mild lactic tang and grain roundness that supports the berry without competing with it.
