Description

Apple Spirit is a 20% ABV soju from Chungcheongbuk-do, blending apple distillate from domestic apples with apple concentrate and apple flavoring. The triple-apple approach layers fresh fruit brightness over distilled depth, creating a spirit that reads unmistakably as apple from first nose to final swallow. Despite the fruity profile, the 20% proof and spirit backbone prevent it from veering into juice territory. At 375ml, it is a compact after-dinner pour or aperitif that pairs with fresh fruit, light desserts, or mild cheese.
