Dancing 22 is a 22% ABV apple-based spirit from Chungcheongbuk-do, produced by Dancing Cider Brewery using apple distillate, concentrated apple, and apple flavoring. The triple-apple approach — distillate for structure, concentrate for body, flavoring for aromatic lift — creates a layered profile where apple appears in different forms across the drinking experience. At 375ml and 22%, it sits between a liqueur and a spirit, offering enough proof for considered sipping alongside Korean full-course meals, grilled fish, or steamed dishes.
