Wild Grape Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, made from Korean meoru (wild grapes) with sugar, yeast, and minimal sulfite for preservation. Meoru grapes grow in Korea's mountain forests, producing smaller, more tannic berries than cultivated varieties, which gives this wine a deeper, darker fruit character with natural astringency that commercial grape wines rarely achieve. The 750ml bottle delivers generous berry aromatics balanced by a subtle tartness that prevents the sweetness from becoming one-dimensional. This is a Korean terroir wine in the truest sense, reflecting the specific conditions of Chungbuk's forested hillsides.
