Description

Syatomiso Ice Wine is a 12% ABV ice-style fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do, crafted by Doranwon Brewery using 100% Korean-grown grapes. The ice wine method concentrates sugars and flavors, producing a denser, more aromatic profile than standard grape wines. The brewery was designated as a 2019 'Find-a-Brewery' (Chajaganeun Yangjojang) destination, a government program recognizing quality craft producers open to visitors. At 375ml, the half-bottle format is standard for dessert-style wines. The finish is polished and clean despite the concentrated sweetness, with potassium metabisulfite and potassium sorbate as standard preservatives.
