Sijak (Beginning) is a 9% ABV honey-based carbonated brew from Gyeonggi-do, fermented from domestic honey with tartaric acid, diammonium phosphate, and yeast. Fine carbonation lifts the honey character into crisp, sparkling territory, while tartaric acid provides structural sharpness that prevents the sweetness from lingering.
