Lazy Spring is a 6% ABV brew from Gyeonggi-do by Booze and Burgers Meadery, made with purified water, domestic strawberry, Korean honey, yeast, carbon dioxide, yeast nutrients, and potassium metabisulfite. Part mead, part fruit wine, and part sparkling drink, it occupies a category-defying space — strawberry brightness over honey warmth, lifted by effervescence.
