Description

Dameun Black is a 6.5% ABV black rice brew from Gyeonggi-do, where domestic black rice and white rice are fermented with lactic yeast to produce a notably silky body. The dark grain base lends an earthy, toasted depth that distinguishes it from standard makgeolli, while refined enzyme processing and fructose keep the palate smooth rather than heavy.
