Medley Acacia is a 7% ABV honey wine from Medeulri Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, made with just three ingredients: honey, water, and yeast. Positioned between a traditional mead and a Korean fermented beverage, it draws its character entirely from acacia honey, which contributes a bright, floral sweetness that stays balanced rather than syrupy. The 375ml bottle format makes it a focused tasting experience, and the moderate ABV keeps the profile approachable. The absence of grain base gives this a distinctly different texture from makgeolli — lighter, cleaner, and more purely aromatic.
