Medeulrison Makgeolli is an 8% ABV handcrafted makgeolli from Medeulri Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, made with just two ingredients: rice and nuruk. This deliberate simplicity is the craft statement — no sweeteners, no enzymes, no additives — allowing the natural fermentation character to define the drinking experience entirely. The sweetness is soft and grain-derived rather than candy-like, and the texture stays round without ever becoming heavy.
