Medeulrison Makgeolli is an 8% ABV handcrafted makgeolli from Medeulri Brewery in Gyeonggi-do, made with just two ingredients: rice and nuruk. This deliberate simplicity is the craft statement - no sweeteners, no enzymes, no additives - allowing the natural fermentation character to define the drinking experience entirely.
