Hop Mead is a 10.5% ABV honey-and-hop brew from Gyeonggi-do, combining domestic Korean honey with hop pellets, carbon dioxide, yeast extract, and yeast. The honey provides a warm, rounded sweetness that recalls traditional mead, while the hop pellets introduce a faint bitter edge and herbal brightness that sharpen the finish - a crossover character sitting between mead richness and beer-like crispness.
