Sanmak Winery Lara is a 12% ABV grape wine from Chungcheongbuk-do that feels lighter and more playful than many sweet fruit wines in its class. The slightly lower alcohol compared to the winery's 13% offerings gives it a brighter, more refreshing quality, while rounded sweetness keeps each sip smooth and inviting. Chungcheongbuk-do grapes provide the fruit character — clean, bright, and uncomplicated — and the winemaking avoids over-extraction or heavy-handed intervention. At 750ml, it is a sharing bottle designed for casual meals, from appetizer through dessert. Chill it slightly and it transitions effortlessly across courses without losing its balance or becoming cloying.
