Fogmak 10 is a 10% ABV traditional drink from Daegu, brewed by Dalseong Brewery using glutinous rice, koji, and yeast. The glutinous rice base gives a naturally round, sweet grain character, while careful koji ratios keep the fermentation clean rather than aggressively funky.
