Hangang Seolleim is an 11% ABV traditional Korean drink from Gyeonggi-do, brewed with Gimpo-grown rice, improved nuruk, and yeast. The use of Gimpo rice — a region historically known for premium rice cultivation near the Han River — gives the drink a regional identity that goes beyond generic rice wine.
