Description

Icheonmi Yesul is a 14% ABV traditional drink from Gyeonggi-do, brewed by Green P.M. Brewery using domestic white rice and wheat-based nuruk. The name references Icheon, a city in Gyeonggi-do historically renowned for producing Korea's finest rice, and the high-quality grain gives this brew a clean, pure cereal foundation with calm, measured sweetness. At 14%, it carries more backbone than typical light table styles, holding its own across a full spread of Korean dishes without overwhelming any single element. The wheat nuruk contributes a gentle fermentation depth that rounds out the rice core.
