Description

French Linen (Peurenchi Rinnen) is a 4.7% ABV sparkling fruit wine from Chungcheongbuk-do that reads more like a Korean-crafted orchard spritz than a traditional brew. Domestic apple juice at 60.8% forms the foundation, joined by Korean pear concentrate, honey, basil, green grape concentrate, and red grapefruit concentrate — an unusually complex fruit blend for its category. The carbonation brings lift and energy, while the multiple fruit layers create an aromatic profile that shifts between citrus, stone fruit, and herbal notes. At 750ml, it is sized for a leisurely meal or gathering, and its low alcohol and bright character make it accessible to drinkers who typically avoid traditional Korean alcohol.
