Description

Honeymoon Pear (Heonimun Pear) is a 4.9% ABV sparkling fruit liqueur from Chungcheongbuk-do that centers Korean pear and domestic honey over an apple juice foundation. At 50.94% apple juice and 20.79% pear juice with 3.48% Korean honey, the fruit-to-alcohol ratio is decidedly generous, creating a drink that tastes more of orchard than of alcohol. Black tea and sea salt add unexpected depth — the tea contributing a subtle tannic backbone and the salt focusing the sweetness so it never tips into cloying territory. The carbonation keeps everything bright and lifted, making this 750ml bottle an elegant after-meal pour or a standalone sipper with lighter snacks.
