Nokcheon Sogok Hwaju 480ml shares the same Chungcheongnam-do recipe and multi-stage sogok fermentation as its 500ml sibling, using glutinous rice, white rice, nuruk, and purified water to build a 41% ABV spirit with concentrated grain complexity. The minor volume difference (480ml vs 500ml) may reflect a different bottling run or packaging format, but the distillation and fermentation approach is identical. The spirit's defining quality is its ability to deliver high-proof warmth through a polished texture rather than rough alcohol bite, a result of the patient sogok process where fermentation layers gradually build flavor density.
