Description

Neobeunae White Dry Wine is a 12% ABV fruit wine from Gangwon-do, produced by Syatto Nadeuri Brewery from Korean grapes with wine yeast. The dry designation is genuine — the opening is lean and crisp, with very little residual sugar pulling the palate toward sweetness. Midway through, a gentle fruit note surfaces but remains restrained, more suggestion than statement. Xylitol and sucralose appear on the ingredient list, yet the overall impression stays dry-toned and clean rather than artificially sweetened. At 750ml, it is a versatile table wine that moves comfortably from mild cheese and canapes to lightly sweet desserts where its understated fruit character provides a clean finish.
