Neobeunae Rose Sparkling is a 12% ABV sparkling wine from Chateau Nadeuri in Gangwon-do, built on domestic grape yeast with sweetness tuned using sucralose and xylitol. The gentle bubbles open the drink with lively effervescence, while the rosé character adds a delicate berry-pink hue and a hint of fruit warmth. Unlike sugar-sweetened sparklings that can feel syrupy, the sucralose-xylitol approach keeps the finish clean and relatively light. At 12% ABV, it carries enough body for substantial food pairing - grilled meat and banchan work surprisingly well alongside the bubbles, making this a bottle that transitions easily between celebratory toasts and everyday Korean dining.
