Hwajeon Ilchwi 15 is a 15% ABV traditional drink from Jisiul Brewery in Gangwon-do, brewed with domestic glutinous rice, non-glutinous rice, and traditional nuruk made from Korean wheat. The wheat-based nuruk is the defining element - it introduces a grounded, almost toasty grain character that adds depth beneath the smooth surface.
