Description
Hwajeonilchwi 18 Baekhwa is an 18% ABV floral traditional drink from Gangwon-do, produced by Jisiul Brewery using rice, nuruk, purified water, and an exceptional blend of 22 different flowers. The name translates roughly to "flower feast intoxication," and the "baekhwa" (hundred flowers) suffix signals the breadth of its botanical profile. Each flower contributes subtle aromatic layers - from sweet and honeyed to herbaceous and slightly bitter - creating a complex bouquet that unfolds slowly over the course of a glass. The 18% ABV provides enough structure to carry these layered aromatics without becoming hot or aggressive. This is a contemplative, occasion-worthy bottle rather than an everyday pour.
