Description
Namhansanseong Soju is a 40% ABV traditional distilled soju from Gyeonggi-do, crafted from a traditional trio of rice, yeot (Korean malt syrup), and nuruk. The addition of yeot distinguishes it from standard rice-only soju by introducing a caramelized grain sweetness that deepens the mid-palate without adding residual sugar. Designated Gyeonggi-do Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 13, this spirit preserves the distillation tradition of the Namhansanseong fortress region, where the technique has been passed down through generations. The 400ml format reflects a contemplative serving style - meant for measured pours rather than casual drinking, honoring the deliberate pace of its heritage.
