남한산성소주
Namhansanseong Soju is a distillery in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, named after the historic Namhan Mountain Fortress, producing traditional soju varieties.
남한산성소주
Namhansanseong Soju is a 40% ABV traditional distilled soju from Gyeonggi-do, crafted from a time-honored trio of rice, yeot (Korean malt syrup), and nuruk. The addition of yeot distinguishes it from standard rice-only soju by introducing a caramelized grain sweetness that deepens the mid-palate without adding residual sugar. Designated Gyeonggi-do Intangible Cultural Heritage No. 13, this spirit preserves the distillation tradition of the Namhansanseong fortress region, where the technique has been passed down through generations. The 400ml format reflects a contemplative serving style — meant for measured pours rather than casual drinking, honoring the deliberate pace of its heritage.

남한산성소주 21
Namhansanseong Soju 21 is a 21% ABV craft soju from Gyeonggi-do, built on a rice distillate base with a touch of joheong (traditional rice syrup made from rice, barley malt, and nuruk). The rice syrup adds a rounded, subtly honeyed texture without introducing overt sweetness, while the grain distillate maintains a crisp, clean backbone. The use of domestic white rice and traditional nuruk connects this spirit to historic Korean brewing methods. At 21%, it occupies a comfortable mid-range for meal-length drinking, pairing smoothly with Korean barbecue staples like galbi, bossam, and sashimi.
