Mubak Iil is a 14% ABV brew from Jeju, built around jeonjobisuri (야관문, lespedeza cuneata) - an uncommon botanical rarely seen in mainstream Korean alcohol. The fermentation with purified water, glucose, and yeast produces a smooth, steady profile where the herbal depth unfolds gradually rather than arriving all at once.
