Camellia Flower, Jeju is a 16% ABV floral spirit from Jeju Island, produced by the Jeju Boncho Cooperative in partnership with Wangjike Brewery using camellia petals, purified water, glucose, and yeast. The camellia (dongbaek) is deeply woven into Jeju's landscape and cultural identity - groves of wild camellia trees line the island's coastal paths and bloom through winter. This spirit captures the flower's delicate, slightly waxy perfume in a 365ml bottle at a moderate proof that lets the floral character express itself without being drowned in alcohol. The result is a quiet, elegant pour where aroma leads and flavor follows softly.
