Description

Lotusdameunsul is an 8% ABV herbal makgeolli from Gyeonggi-do that layers roasted Solomon's seal (dunggulle), Korean mugwort, and licorice over a hyangon-gok nuruk base made from mung bean, barley, and wheat. This unusual starter culture gives the brew a creamy body with herbal complexity that goes well beyond a standard rice-based makgeolli. The aroma opens with earthy, toasted notes before giving way to a softly sweet palate with lingering botanical lift.
