Description
Kkamangtokki (Black Rabbit) is a 9% ABV makgeolli from Jeollabuk-do, brewed with Korean rice, black rice, and omija (schisandra) berry. The black rice contributes a deep, nutty character and dark visual tone, while omija adds its signature five-flavor complexity - tart, sweet, bitter, salty, and pungent - that keeps each sip lively and unpredictable. At 375ml, it is portioned for one or two drinkers rather than a large group, encouraging slower, more attentive drinking. The combination of grain depth from black rice and berry brightness from omija gives this makgeolli a personality that stands apart from conventional sweet-creamy styles.
