Jumong Black Raspberryju is a 16% ABV fruit wine from Jeollabuk-do that combines Korean rice with domestically cultivated bokbunja (Korean black raspberry, Rubus coreanus). The higher ABV compared to many bokbunja wines (often 12-14%) gives this expression a fuller body and more assertive tannin extraction from the berry skins, producing a wine that leans closer to a fortified or dessert-wine structure.
