Description

Sannaeul Black Raspberryju is a 16% ABV fruit wine from Gyeongsangnam-do produced by the same Geochang Apple Agricultural Cooperative, but built around bokbunja (black raspberry) with sugar, distilled alcohol, purified water, and fructose. The bokbunja delivers a dark, concentrated berry aroma with a natural tartness that distinguishes it from sweeter commercial berry wines. At 16%, the body has enough weight for sipping but remains lively, with the berry character lingering through a juicy, slightly tannic finish. The 750ml bottle format suits dessert and appetizer pairings where a fruit-forward pour adds color and contrast.
