Description

Sannaeul Apple Liquor is a 16% ABV fruit-based drink from Gyeongsangnam-do, produced by Geochang Apple Agricultural Cooperative using local apples combined with sugar, distilled alcohol, purified water, and fructose. The Geochang region in the mountainous interior of Gyeongnam is known for apples with particularly high sugar-acid balance due to the wide daily temperature swings, and this comes through in the liquor's fresh orchard aroma. Rather than masking the fruit with heavy sweetness, the formulation lets the apple's natural tartness and fragrance lead, with added sugars filling out the body into a smooth, easy-drinking profile at 16%.
