Seolle 7% is a 7% ABV traditional drink from Monsteauville in Sancheong, Gyeongsangnam-do, brewed with locally grown Sancheong Metteugi rice, traditional starter (guk), and yeast. The 7% ABV places it in a versatile middle ground - fuller and more structured than light session makgeolli, yet gentle enough for long meals without fatigue.
